Antoine Toffa founded VideoBloom with the single vision to create a leader in turnkey, end-to-end online video advertising and distribution solutions.
Antoine was Founder and CEO of Trip.com, one of the first large online travel companies, for which the Interactive Travel Report named him “Man of the Year in the Travel Industry”. In 2000, Galileo acquired Trip.com for $326 million (Trip.com is now part of Orbitz). A successful serial entrepreneur, Antoine also founded TamTam, Inc., an online software company that assisted hundreds of worldwide enterprises with their sourcing plans and international expansion.
Previous to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Antoine was consecutively Associate Director of Corporate Strategy, Director of Multimedia Strategy, and General Manager of Interactive Services with the telecommunications company USWest/ MediaOne. He also consulted for Time Warner’s Interactive Group in multimedia and digital production, as well as with Matra-Communications on the French Minitel, the world’s first network-based interactive platform.
Antoine completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Physics in Paris, France. He received a graduate degree in Economics from the French Grande Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Julie Jacobs heads up VideoBloom’s customer advocacy team, specializing in understanding client’s online video needs and matching them with VideoBloom solutions.
Throughout her career, Julie has been a key team member with companies pioneering emerging Internet technologies. She founded CyberFlyer Technologies, one of the first companies to provide airports with public Internet access kiosks designed for business travelers. After securing contracts with Host Marriott Services, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Denver International Airport, among others, CyberFlyer Technologies was acquired by Get2Net Corporation. In 2000, Forrester Research recognized CyberFlyer Technologies as a premier business traveler service provider.
As a business consultant, Julie provided travel industry expertise to Trip.com, Harris Corporation, Eva Airlines, Japan Airlines and Roving Planet. She also has held management positions with PhoCusWright, Inc., a travel research firm, Galileo International and United Airlines.
Susan Holmes has assisted VideoBloom with its financial needs, including budgetary planning and analysis, and tax accounting since its inception. Most recently, Susan served as the Director of Finance and Administration for the start-up company TamTam, Inc., a provider of online business consulting services to an international market.
Previously, Susan worked as an in-charge accountant and tax manager for Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells and Arthur Andersen. With these firms, she was responsible for comprehensive professional tax and accounting services to clients, which included Werner Enterprises (one of the largest truckload carriers in the USA), Maurin-Ogden Properties (a leading developer of shopping centers in the Gulf South), and William B. Reilly and Co. (the second largest independent coffee company in the USA).
After receiving her BA in Business Administration from Colorado College, Susan held CPA licenses in Nebraska, Louisiana and Oregon. She currently maintains an inactive license in Nebraska and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
